New Resolutions for this upcoming 2019!
New Resolutions for this upcoming 2019!

We are one week away from this spectacular year's closure and the opening of a new one, filled with new opportunities, new project, new places to go, things to do and time to spend with our beloved family and friends.

It is a tradition to many to make a list of goals or achievements to make in the upcoming year, it is set individually and many people wrote down many different things, from learning new languages, to travel to different countries, or maybe just get the courage to do things they fear.

Celebrate every little accomplishment

I know you are focused on the end result here. But it is important to stop and celebrate your accomplishments along the way as well. Maybe you have just eliminated a frustrating bottleneck or managed to switch directions at the right time to fulfill your customer requirements. No matter what it is for you, find these little moments and let your team know they are great. This will boost morale like nothing else!

A resolution to embrace:
Treat every goal or achievement you make.

Unplug your life

One of the biggest things we do now that negatively affects our sleep is to stare at our phones before bed, In fact, surveys indicate that the majority of people are staring at their phones very close to going to sleep (within 30 minutes). The blue light from the screens is detrimental to our sleep because it negatively impacts melatonin production, making it more difficult to dive into the sleep cycle.

A resolution to embrace:
Turn off devices at least an hour before bed.

Exercise during the day

Exercise can improve both the quality and quantity of sleep. It helps to reset the body’s clock, increasing daytime alertness and sleepiness at night. It also promotes sleep by naturally reducing stress and anxiety. Research has shown that exercise increases both total sleep time and the amount of deep, slow wave sleep. All of this without mentioning the natural improvements in your body and health by exercising.

A resolution to embrace: Exercise to improve your life.

Redesign your bedroom to create an optimal sleep environment

The right environment can help you fall asleep faster and cause you to wake less often during the night, this is a comment from a site that provides information on benefits of natural remedies for different ailments, such as sleep deprivation. If you have trouble sleeping, take steps to remedy anything that stimulates you, makes you uncomfortable or interferes with sleep.

A resolution to embrace: Redesign your environment, new year, new room.

Travel as much as you can.

Everyone has their very own reasons to travel.  Some people travel for work, some travel for pleasure while for others it is just a way of life. They travel to live and to escape at the same time. Every place comes with its distinct cultural habits, you can not think about New York without talking about its fast-paced life and about  Italy without enjoying its relaxed lifestyle.

A resolution to embrace: Travel and enrich your life with new experiences.

Every year is an opportunity to try new experiences, to make improvements, to help others, to help yourself, to come true everything you once wished for.

You just need to contemplate your current life and made the decisions, knowing that there are no wrong decisions, only wrong paths, but if you are centered in your goal, there is nothing you cant accomplish.

We wish you a Happy new year's eve and a Prosperous 2019!
